The doctor said that just a few years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to even wear contact lenses. It turns out that these astigmatic contacts from Cooper Vision are about the only ones that can handle the amount of astigmatism I have and they work the best.
What I noticed with the trial pair of lenses that I got was that they took a while to slip into place. This actually turns out to be a good thing because that means that they won’t slip out of place too easily. I noticed this with the Frequency 55 Toric lenses that I used to get. They slipped around a lot, so you’d be watching TV on the couch with you head on a pillow and everything would get blurry. So once you get them in and wait for them to settle where they need to (just a few minutes), you’re set for the day.
