To get the Air Optix contact lens rebate you will first need to get a contact lens fitting or an eye exam. Make sure you have purchased the boxes that are eligible for the rebate. You will need to complete the Air Optix rebate form. Attach the original receipt, no copies will be accepted and mail in the original package UPC codes along with original sales receipt that shows the total purchase quantity along with a copy of your original eye exam or contact lens fitting.
The rebate is only available to purchases that have been made between January 1, 2010 and July 31, 2010 and be postmarked by August 31, 2010. This is limited to one rebate per person and not valid with any other rebates. Allow six to eight weeks for rebate check to arrive and can not be sent to post office boxes.
